Questions
What is public and what is paid?
The reading is public and the depth is paid. Every edition, the top 15 ranking, and the grade and exposed deposit share of any county in the current quarter are free and always will be. Desk adds the full ranking of all 218 counties, the quarterly series back to 2015, the ratios behind each bank, and export. The methodology is never behind the paywall, including the backtest that found no predictive power.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, and the monthly plan stops at the end of the period you have paid for. Annual plans are not prorated on cancellation.
Does the national data come with the written analysis?
No. The calculation runs on all 3,100 US counties and Fund subscribers get all of it, but the editorial reading is written only for the Northeast, where we know the market. National data ships as data.
Who writes this?
Gabriel Pevide, through Pevide Studio LLC. The method is published in full so that the numbers can be checked against the call report by anyone who wants to, without taking the author’s word for anything.
Is this investment advice?
No. Concentration measures exposure, not loss, and nothing published here is a recommendation. The backtest found no relationship between a county’s score and how it went on to perform.
